        *Please note, card is sent in standard memory card case, without retail packaging.

        **SD card can be used only in one vehicle. Once you register the card in vehicle, SD card will be locked with cars VIN; this is permanent! Your vehicle must be equipped with the navigation hardware.

        How long does shipping take?
        We aim to process orders within 24 hours. Shipping will depend on the location:
        • FREE Shipping (Domestic US) US: 3-6 working days.
        • Express Shipping $5.99 (Domestic US) US: 2-4 working days.

        Do you provide Tracking information?
        When available, tracking numbers will be provided.

        Where is my order confirmation?
        Please check your email (including Junk or Spam folder) for an automated email confirmation of your order. If you cannot find it please get in contact.

        How do i Cancel an order?
        ;( Unfortunately our fulfillment process is fully automated to ensure we deliver orders soon as possible.

        In this situation please get in contact to arrange for a return and refund.

        Item not arrived?
        Please give an extra 2 days on top of the expected shipping time, and check the tracking information if provided, before getting in contact. Please also double check the shipping address that you provided.

        What if my order arrives faulty or damaged?
        If the package or the product is delivered to you damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage.

        Do you accept returns?
        Yes! We accept customer returns within 30 days of purchase. Please get in contact to if you wish to return a product with a description of the return reason.

        Where do I find my VIN??

        We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

        To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging.

        To start a return, you can contact us at support@gpsupdatestore.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the return address and a return authorisation code. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will NOT be accepted.  After posting please also email proof of posting/tracking.
