How do i Cancel an order?
Please get in contact within 24 hours of placing the order to prevent your order being shipped. Regrettably we cannot accept cancellations after the product has shipped and is en route to you.
Item not arrived?
Please give an extra 2 days on top of the expected shipping time, and check the tracking information if provided, before getting in contact. Please also double check the shipping address that you provided.
What if my order arrives faulty or damaged?
If the package or the product is delivered to you damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage.
Do you accept returns?
Yes! We accept customer returns within 30 days of purchase. Please get in contact to if you wish to return a product with a description of the return reason.
